• Your listing complies with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
• You will not list prohibited items or services as outlined in our prohibited content policy.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the platform without our express permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

AbilityClassifieds is a listing platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions, including payment, delivery, and dispute resolution, are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

We strongly recommend that users exercise due diligence, communicate clearly, and take appropriate safety precautions when engaging in transactions.

The AbilityClassifieds platform, including its design, logo, text, graphics, software, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written consent.

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, AbilityClassifieds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold AbilityClassifieds, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
